CoffeeTime Creations Shipping Policy

Most items from CoffeeTime Creations are handmade and/or personalized to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Larger or more detailed custom orders may require additional processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Shipping time is separate from processing time and will vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. CoffeeTime Creations is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact CoffeeTime Creations within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Need your order sooner? Rush orders may be available for an additional $20 rush fee, depending on the item and current workload. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
